Eastmark High School cross-country runner Bryson Nielsen achieved a remarkable feat at the Woodbridge Classic, the largest cross-country race in the nation. Nielsen finished in 12th place with a time of 13 minutes and 59 seconds, setting a new all-time Arizona state record for the 3-mile distance. The Queen Creek Unified School District celebrated his achievement on their Facebook page, congratulating him for his performance.
