The Maricopa Chamber of Commerce announced three upcoming events for the rest of June hosted by the Greater Maricopa Business Alliance (GMBA).

June 18: GMBA Lunchtime Connections
GMBA will hold Lunchtime Connections from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Duke's Roadhouse. The program will feature Ray Nieves of 911 Air Repair LLC, who will share tips on keeping air conditioning running efficiently through the Arizona summer.

June 24: Community Candidate Crawl
The Community Candidate Crawl is scheduled for 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Central Arizona College—Maricopa Campus. The event is hosted by the Be Awesome Youth Coalition and will include opportunities to meet local candidates, ask questions, and learn about individuals seeking to serve the community.

June 26: Quarterly Economic Forum – Infrastructure
The Quarterly Economic Forum, focused on Infrastructure, will take place from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Global Water Resources with participation from Salt River Project and Invenergy. Organizers said the forum will include updates from key regional leaders and partners on transportation, utilities, broadband, and infrastructure projects shaping the future of Western Pinal County.

The chamber said it is looking forward to attendees joining the events as GMBA works on building business, impact, and careers.

Casa Grande Union High Holds Summer Graduation

Casa Grande Union High School District held a Summer School Graduation where seniors from CG Union High School and Vista Grande High School received diplomas. The district congratulated the Class of 2026 graduates.

Casa Grande Elementary Hosts Free Health Event

Casa Grande Elementary will hold a free health and wellness event at Vista Grande High School on June 14. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will include services such as dental care, health screenings, immunizations, and haircuts.
